  1. I am sure McDermott is a great co-star and good guy to be around. But we don't work with him. We have to watch him play Dr. Evil. It's not McDermott that is the problem, it's the script.
  2. Given recent history. It doesn't seem to matter.
  3. Stop watching when Miss Red..., um, The Queen, could intimidate the three top law officials in the US.
  4. So maybe no more Bond Villains? More realistic organized crime?
  5. Aram you stupid wanker, you could have taken a buy out for the $4 million. Your regrets are empty echos of an idiot. You walked away with nothing for some noble ideal that would make no sense even if you tried to explain. You are pathetic. The other stupidity. Our bosses talked, and now we know you are looking into the biggest operation we ever had. But let's not have anybody stop you from screwing the pooch. Did I say our bosses talked?
  6. First, Weatley had no need for the diversions. He could have taken the power station before anyone knew. Second, how much more of a Bond villain are they going to make him? And finally, end this now, please!
  7. I was mostly bored this episode. The Pike turn feels like the writers are desperate to find conflict. I think a train crisis would serve them better.
  8. The Vanderbilts were not "Old Money" Mrs. Astor shunned them and thought they were crude upstarts.
  9. Russell seems to be a stand in foe Alexander Cassat and somewhat of a Vanderbilt. It's curios that they have removed the Vanderbilts from this era.
  10. Penn Station wasn't built until 1905. There is a lot of that in this.
  11. Outside of the way too opulent steamer, enjoyed this episode. Belemy needs to be in jail. If they do 20,000 Leagues, they would really be going off of Verne.
  12. Finally on HBOMax, so we get the F bombs. Truthfully it isn't worth watching when censored on CN. I am up to the Gotron/Wise Guys episode. I am absolutely loving this season. Incest space baby is just too much.
  13. Was that Melanie in the preview, wearing a suit?
  14. So Russell is basically Alexander Cassatt, but it is way too early for Penn Station.
  15. I mainly watched for the period scenery, which was well done. But they have to make the streets dirtier. Even in the posh areas, there was soot and horse droppings all over.
  16. The Italian cop was too obvious. They should have made him an honest cop in the end. The Union Prex is used to reps who are in it for the perks. Nolan isn worried about keeping the office if he can't affect change.
  17. The cat and mouse is interesting, including the James Cromwell twist. The elevator fight was just stupid.
  18. I think the last straw was when he found out that Marcos was responsible for the Ceres explosions. And then his indifference to Rosenfeld. The celebration gave him the opportunity to leave.
  19. It wasn't Breaking Bad Final Season good, but it was pretty damn close. I thought focusing on Marcos' eyeliner face as he realized he was F*^&ed was perfect. And everybody got a great highlight in the finale. Can't ask for more, except less Laconia and that annoying girl.
  20. Elsa ends the snow and brings peace to Arendelle.
  21. Everything not on the "little girl planet" was great. It is really staring to feel like padding. Surely they could have given us more interaction with the main characters if they needed more scenes. Next episode will be sad, no matter what happens. Goodbye Expanse, you will be missed.
  22. I mainly keep watching this show for Red, but this inner turmoil and new Scooby Gang he has (none of whom I remember or care about) is a drag on the show.
  23. That was intense. Sorry if people just wanted a remake of the Michael Kidd movie.
  24. I will say this, all the desert sequences looked better than anything in the Dune movie.
