I would have been Claire walking across that tightrope, plus the breakdown afterwards. I admire Emily (Molly?) so much. She was so matter of fact, checking out the flags while walking across. And I can’t even imagine what it’s like to be like Michelle and be so excited to do the tightrope challenge. Does not compute for me.

I’m getting tired of this show. I’m disagreeing more often with the show’s take on things. And the bits meant to be funny leave me cold sometimes. I mean, repeating ‘big board’ and ‘Steve Kornacki’ over and over just isn’t funny to me. And when he tries to inject humour into his main stories, it still sometimes comes across as frat boy style. Unpopular opinion, maybe.

Watching Canadian time, Aaron has just dumped Summer because his dad set the house on fire. Can I just say he is the saddest sack I’ve ever seen. I can’t stand him. He’s such a lump.

Glad to know I’m not the only one who missed most of the opening monologue due to how fast she was speaking. I liked the talk show, the teacher sketch. We Got Brought was pretty cute. But best performers as per usual were Weekend Update and Please Don’t Destroy.

I couldn’t believe I was actually rooting for Dom. That’s how much Sharik was pissing me off. Even on the mat, good lord, and what she said to Phil. I get being mad or frustrated at the end of the task, but the way she doesn’t give seem to give a shit for the rest of the leg, that seemed like more than killer fatigue.

I finally watched the show and really enjoyed it. I got pretty tense at times even though I knew who the winners were. I’m so glad Jesse and Marika came in second. I just loved them. Hopefully, Catherine still has lots of time left and can enjoy some of those trips they won.

Well, I’m annoyed. I got spoiled as to who the winners were. I had the radio on early Wednesday morning, and was still in bed. All of a sudden, the TAR music starts, but I thought it was a commercial. Then the announcer says, spoiler alert, here are x and x, the winners. No pause or real warning. I immediately starting telling my Google nest to stop, but it was too late. Oh well, I guess I can watch the episode stress free now.

He did seem to keep sinking the white ball o er and over and over. That would be frustrating.

No worries! I know there’s potential for spoilers here. I also go on Twitter sometimes and see what’s happening in English time.

I was unspoiled for Imran’s departure, so that did shock me. I didn’t know that Kelly was leaving. In Canada time, she and Adi have just slept together and they’ve started their fake engagement. That’s too bad that she’s leaving, I enjoy her character. The writing is a bit all over the place but that’s not her fault. Cannot stand Steven.

I knew Franella would be in when Jon didn’t say it right away. I was kind of ready for them to be gone. I don’t hate them by any means, but they are my least favourite team out of those who remain. Weren’t the brothers just saying about how they have to focus and then ‘oh a peacock?’ Lol I guess the allotted time for the race course was pretty generous since they all made it within the time limit.

I’m rooting for the brother/sister team. Although at this point, I’m enjoying all the teams. Franella are probably my least favourite. After they bumped B&V, they said to Jon, no hard feelings. You’re not allowed to say that, it was you who did the dirty to B&V, why would you have hard feelings? Also, they kept saying the girls would do the same to them, but they don’t know that. Then, after they screwed Catherine and Craig, about the alliance, they said, well, I guess the alliance is over, but that’s okay. Again, they’re the ones that ended it with no warning, so of course they’re okay with it. They just irritate me a little. 😁. But they’re definitely great racers.

Why did Mel resign? That confused me.

They’ve been showing some of the older episodes. My thoughts: love Fred so much Win is miserable in every episode I’ve watched Morse has that horrible moustache. (Wtf) Joan was nicer I forgot how much bigger Strange was. He must have lost a lot of weight.

The opening interview was indeed a dud. She was not engaged at all. I think she was expecting a more straight forward q&a. I didn’t even get a sense of what the book was about.

I was sure this was written as the series end. It nicely wrapped up everyone. Really enjoyed it, especially because I didn’t like how mean Deb was to Ava at the start of the season. I wouldn’t mind if it finished here, it I’d also be happy if it came back for a bit more.

Every time the show turns to Marcus, I lose interest. And his dog overdosed. That’s really poor puppy ownership. I’m glad the vet wouldn’t give him his dog back. I’ve never loved that character. He’s a bit all over the place in his personality. I love the relationship between Ava and Deb. It’s a real love/hate deal. But please that woman was very complimentary and nice to Deb. But it was to get her wife’s leggings issue resolved? Nah. Nice to see Margaret Cho for a minute.

Now I have to go back to see that Ted Lasso episode. I only recently discovered Sanditon, so watched season one and two all in a row. Babbington and Esther were definitely my favourite characters and actors. Babbington, in particular, could have have been a much worse character with a different actor. I also discovered a group of fans who were desperate to bring back the show and were devastated when Theo James didn’t return. They used #sidlotte as their hashtag. VERY devoted. To me, I enjoyed it once I let go of any thoughts that it was anything other than a soap opera. It felt like they took every Jane Austen trope and stirred them all up in a great pot. It also made me appreciate anew the writing of Jane Austen. This season, my favs were Alison and Fraser. I wish more time had been given to their story. It was a bit of a rush. I’m in for season three. No idea who Georgiana will end up with. I do love her friendship with Arthur. Actually, that’s about the only time I really enjoy that character.

That was a nice added insight about Luis. He was dating someone when he met Theresa and then just never called her again. Theresa claimed to know nothing about it when Andy asked her if Luis had ghosted his gf but she then she smiled a little. I think they need to get David and his new Gf in the show.

I have to admit that, although I know who Fran Leibowitz is, I have only heard her speak on this show. Now, Bill seems to love her, but her appearances have done nothing for me. Is she supposed to be funny, insightful, brilliant? Whatever it is, I’m not seeing it. I remain a fan of this show, even though Bill does annoy me sometimes. Mostly, when he talks vaccines and masks.

Am I supposed to dislike Sarah as much as I do? I’m on Canadian time, and the Lydia storyline just got wrapped up. Part of me was wishing that Adam would dump Sarah.

I remember wanting to wear jeans on the plane as a youngster. My mother was horrified.

Funny stuff on the show. The ongoing argument about ‘an analogy’ was hilarious in its dumbness. And Teresa raging repeatedly about being in a love bubble. First of all, that is so incredibly stupid, and second, shouldn’t someone in a love bubble be, I don’t know, happier?

I thought Travis said all the parents were at the launch. They may just not want to be on camera. Shocking, I know

No, we haven’t seen him. It does sound a little weird but I’m sure they like having someone on the inside looking out for their mom.
