  1. I initially thought it may have been a Lesbian but that your idea makes sense.
  2. While bastards do fare better in Dorne they still aren't in line to inherit unless legitimize. Hell, the reason Ellaria wasn't married to Oberyn is because being a bastard makes her too lowborn to marry a prince.
  3. I disagree. Healy wants praise for any good thing he does while Caputo just wants the occasional thanks, which is perfectly reasonable and normal. The two men are really foils to each other. Time and again we've seen that while he'll do the occasional good thing, Healy is, to paraphrase Berdie, a vengeful and petty little man. Caputo has the occasional gross moment but he will ultimately do the right thing because he believes in treating people fairly.
  4. Ugh, this was.......not good at all. Not one story resonated with me and I was just left mostly bored. Keeping only the bare bones of story lines and characters (when they aren't outright changing them) has left so much of this season with a hallow feel to it. I'd be lying if I said I was done watching the show but this season has really proven to be it's own beast instead of an adaptation and not in a good way. The only feeling I had was anger at the Dorne plot. All it accomplished the the utter assassination of Elliaria's character which is odd since they have really been pushing this idea of maternal instincts making a woman too weak willed to kill and Ellaria is a really traditional feminine woman for the most part. For the poster upthread that said Kit isn't returning, I don't buy it. Without Jon there is no reason to be at the wall or focus on the white walkers. Then again with writers like these I'm sure they'll shoehorn someone in if Jon really is a goner.
  5. Ahhh, so that's Danny's deal: nepotism. It all makes sense now. Piper's speech was probably one of her greatest moments on the show.
  6. A few quick thoughts: -Gotta say, I am so glad they did not drag out the whole Piper ratting out Alex story. Can't say I really feel any pity for Alex considering she screwed over Piper twice now; I believe this is what is called evening the score. Could have done without the sex scene. Seriously, WTF? End the dysfunction! -I don't like Aleida and her scheming but considering this baby's alternative is Cesar's crazy ass, there really aren't too many options on the table. -Litchfield is "closing" in two months. Yeah, sure. I believe ya show. Sucks for Caputo though; dude is trying. -Can we please get rid of Healy? Asshole. -Oh yeah, Bennet's story.....................I don't really have much to add from what we saw.
  7. Wow thanks show, give us a scene where Sansa shows she is in fact a stronger character than before only to have her violated a few scenes later by another sadistic man child. GRRRRR! Where's the wine? Edit: Ok, now that I have had a glass other thoughts The Sand snakes were just so dull; do not care. They really should have had therm appear in one more episode before this for this to matter. On the upside with Jamie's discovery and having pissed off the Tyrells, Cersie's downfall will be that much worse. I best take my joys where I can get them.
  8. It isn't hate for Opal so much as it is hate for the manipulative way the show is using Opal to make the audience think Lin is in the wrong here. While Lin has been shown to be a hard woman she isn't unreasonable. Korra just assumed Lin's reasons for her behavior was petty which is an insult to both characters and their relationship. Also, why is Korra still being so naive to just accept things at face value? It's as if the whole ordeal with her uncle, dad and Tenzin never happened. I would expect her to have a dash of skepticism at this point regarding family disputes.
