yay! Daniel Gil didn’t win. I was sweating it for a minute. For me, it’s always been the holier than thou-ness, with the low rent Tammy-Faye, caked on makeup wife. Sorry, there’s my petty. I was hoping for Hans or RJ… But, breaking news…Vance wore braces on his legs as a kid…

I’ve hated the head-to-head matchups so much this season that I haven’t done any forum posting. I enjoyed these couple weeks of regular anw. I think it sucks that they filmed two seasons in a row. That means that the people who are hurt miss two seasons. And we probably won’t see new people. Meh.

I watched Three Wise Men because of the love it got here and I really liked it. I just adore Tyler Haynes and I wasn’t going to watch it at first because I thought it was just another Andrew Walker vehicle. I just wish they hadn’t put Ali Liebert in such atrocious outfits (and the constant winter hats and bad hair). Oh my gosh! You wouldn’t get me to that movie fast enough. Every time I meet a person named Doug….I say…’Oh, DUG’ like she does when she’s drunk. But also, her chemistry with Brendan Fraser in With Honors is fabulous. I love when he said “I’m ending our friendship”. I couldn’t watch the Ryan Paevy fable movie because I was so turned off by the 5-year old hair decorations I saw in the lead’s hair from just the previews.

I liked the Southern Christmas movie because it wasn’t about true love. Could have done without the guy altogether. I had never seen the lead in #xmas before and found her hard-core grating.

I’m just starting to watch this season and I’m literally on the first case and am already supremely annoyed. I mean, the ‘dog sitter’ from Miami was loathsome, no doubt about it. But I had to HEAVILY side-eye the plaintiffs. OH! He’s a service dog. But I trained him myself. But I don’t actually take him with me when I go ‘out’ and so he annoyed the neighbors. And I also don’t YET AGAIN take him out so i have to find a random dog sitter. And even though we got home from dinner, we were planning to leave the dog overnight with the stranger dog sitter. On vacation. THEN, we’re going to leave the fucking dog’s dead corpse on the street. Then we’re going to get the breeder, from whom we will likely buy the next dog, to write up an inflated amount that they paid for the dog. I just didn’t see them as ultra responsible dog owners.

Love to the Chois. I’m so happy the Mohawks didn’t win, though I would have been preferred the H family (with the two young daughters and dad).

Also, as a PS - I'm very glad Dan shaved for this weekend.

I didn’t know about this! Now I have to go look it up! But, yeah, they might as well have a one sentence lawsuit “we’re suing because we want our ratings back”. Idiots.

Did you guys know that Josh Levin went to HARVARD!?!? I was left just sort of meh at the finale. I wish for health for everyone but the moms….oh, the moms. As my kids start organized sports, it has given me a reminder of the type of mom I don’t want to be. Supportive, yes, but completely dramatic? No. I’d also be totally fine never seeing/hearing another “LET”S GOOOOO!” From another competitor or sideline persona again.

The “Director” in Paterson is pretty annoying. It’s like he told the show and officers that only HE can speak with the camera. And what an idiot to not wear a vest.

Nick Hansen went out early this year and we never saw grant. I wasn’t sad to see Moravsky out. I audibly gasped when Sean Bryan and Austin Gray went out so early. And I was bummed that the guy with arguably to most annoying group of side liners (country boy) made it through.

He’s usually in more memorable dress. I recall metallic MC Hammer pants one time. And, yes, some breakdancing atop the warped wall.

I’m liking Curtis. He helps keep Sticks and Dan from going full 12 year olds for an entire 3 hours.

I can respect kaden lebsack’s skill but when you have EIGHT hours to train because your parents take care of everything in your life, I’m Not going to think you’re the most amazing thing. And his mom is annoying. I’m petty. I don’t think Flex is on the decline. She just won the women’s championship and finished semifinals last year. I do think it’s messed up that a girl who was on the course for 23 seconds is going to finals. Karen Potts was fun to watch.

Or even if they gave Muriel a lil something. 😜

Do we know for sure that he won’t be in the next season? If they gave him SOMETHING - ANYTHING to actually do, I’d like him. Find him a girlfriend who hates Mel. It was just such a non-starter to have him come on and pine for Mel. AND , he wasn’t wrong when he told Mel that Jack acting unreliable. I just wish they had done that as them being friends only.

I had also forgotten how I’d mostly ffwd through the Nye segments - I just find them too depressing. The desert - the heat - the poverty. Though I am impressed by how non-sweaty those sheriffs are most of the time.

I’ve so missed the K9s. Officer: “Come out with your hands up or you’re going to get dog-bit.” Me: Please don’t come out with your hands up. And that crime of the week was wild! Loved the civilian woman tearing into her.

Hmmm...overall, i was happy about some stuff and annoyed with some stuff for the season. While i agree that Lizzie has had a lot of character growth, I thought her immediate jump to Denny was annoying. I liked: less charmaine, resolution to 'who shot jack', hot Brady, Muriel, Cameron (if he had done something other than pine over Mel), resolution to the Christopher/Paige nonsense. I didn't like: that Jack's new business venture is funded by drug money, Hope (they somehow made her more annoying), the hot second of Mark drama, the hot second of dad Sheridan drama, Charmaine's reveal (sooooo....when Todd was all wanting to be a family with only her and the babies, why didn't she come clean? She could have gotten Jack out of the picture thn), Preacher's new relationship (though I'm here for vigilante Preacher), Cameron only mooning over Mel. I don't give a crap about: Preacher's Akido lady, Ricky, whatever Mike is up to

Let’s not forget that Brady knows Joey. They were all over each other at the ultra hoedown in season 1. Jack was an inconsiderate dick in this episode. While I don’t like Cameron’s insta love for Mel, I think the character could e good and I’d like him in other storylines.

I have zero interest in the Preacher love story. I’d rather see him do more cooking. I liked back when the San Francisco lady was trying to poach him. So, I guess we’re going to get more of Jack has a drinking problem? Not excited about that. I will say, I like Mel and jack when they make fun of themselves and their ridiculous storylines.

So, Vince shot jack? Are we to guess that it has to do with him being dirty and drugs/Calvin? If so, Paige is the worst kidnapper ever. She runs from abuse from Florida to Northern California, right where the abuser and his identical twin have some illegal operation? Eh? I’m happy that Lizzie and Ricky appear to be done.

Is he a Vietnam vet? That seems to be another cliche that they could add here.

I’m catching up on a month’s worth of shows and this woman was ridiculous. She said the landlord treated her like a DOG because he wouldn’t come and change a light bulb for her! I had to rewatch because at the end - after oddly screaming at JMM “THANK YOU!’ - he says ‘bitch’ at the defendant. Also, I may be in the minority but i think the cat, Finn, should have been returned to the P.
