A "transfusion" is a verrrry popular drink in New England country clubs (I've worked in a few) A Virgin Transfusion is purple grape juice, ginger ale and lime wedges. An alcoholic version is the same but with vodka added.

That's ok for wine but Hannah ordered a magnum of Belvedere which is vodka. A standard vodka drink is a 1.5 oz pour. So that bottle had enough for 70 drinks. Add in the "cheeky beers" plus what was consumed before going out and that is a LOT of alcohol for 8 people.

Maybe they just need some branzino and a nap?🤣
