  1. Jill looks drunk and/or high in this pic. As many pictures as she takes of herself, you would think she could have chosen another.
  2. Well, we have a picture of Nemo not looking terrified, but no one bothered to clean his runny nose before the shot. Sounds about right. I think that's the first picture I have seen of Newmie looking happy.
  3. "...we have allowed our grown children to have more liberty..." Bah humbug! You don't get to dictate the lives of your adult children, Jilly. Like she allows anyone to dictate to her (I fully realize she's going to at least attempt to do it anyway).
  4. Interesting...I went to Jilly's FB page yesterday, and someone had posted asking her since she is a homeschool teacher (ha!), what would she recommend to teach the Bible to small children? I think he said up to 4th grade. I figured this was a tailor-made soapbox for Jillybean to jump on, so I went back this morning to see her reply. She deleted the comment.
  5. I guess Jilly is going to have to find a scene-stealing dress to wear to Tim's wedding so all the attention can be put back on her. Teidi who? There's always this (and I'm fairly sure my grandma had a crocheted toilet paper cover that was similar back in the day):
  6. I now feel the need to somehow work "Do you have Plexus for brains??" in a conversation...
  7. Jill posted some pics of Nurie and her family and couldn't resist another swipe at Heidi...her first two "in-law children" are so kind, respectful and loving. She can only pray the rest will be the same (winky face). I guess MM had his boundaries and didn't pay for enough classy dinners, so Jill (oh I'm sorry, God) laid it on Renee's heart that she had to move on. Side note: I think every picture I have seen of Nurie's boys one or both look startled. Do they hold up a picture of Mahmo then snap the picture?
  8. I feel like I have commented on that hideous skirt before, but maybe in the month of remembrance we should take a moment to remember all the Bermuda shorts that died to make a crazy woman's garment...
  9. Tim gloriously engaged his fiancée in what? I also had the spacing issues @crazy8s mentioned.
  10. I can't fault her on the sleeveless...I live a bit north of her (southern Illinois), and it has been in the upper 70s for several days. Also, when I was in my third trimester I was running around in short sleeves in late winter because I was roasting. Hot flashes had nothing on the end of pregnancy for me...at least the flash doesn't last for a long time. But dirty towels and the name Spurgeon: fair game in my book!
  11. So Jilly was up in the middle of the night writing a birthday tribute to herself? How predictable.
  12. Thank you, and you're welcome. 😀 It really was gorgeous! I would've liked to see wolves & bears, but what we were able to see was wonderful. I liked the time of year we went, leaves had changed and it wasn't as heavily crowded as it is in peak season. I had a few coworkers mention it's on their bucket list and I've told them all-go!
  13. See if they work now. I can see them fine on my end, but I tried adding them a different way.
  14. Mr Turquoise and I went to Yellowstone a few weeks ago to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary. We realized we hadn't taken a trip since our honeymoon (oops!). Sharing a few pretties to start off the weekend.
  15. Would Jill be able to fit her ironing board and assortment of cowbells in a standard cabin? I've never been on a cruise, but I heard those things are tiny!
  16. While Jill's head exploding would be grand, I could not in good faith do this to the poor theoretical lesbian. You know Jill would make it her personal project to "redeem" her, and post breathlessly about it.
  17. Earrings are a common magnet for babies. They see bright and shiny, and don't realize they're attached to your earlobes. With the grands I just wear small posts, or no earrings while I have them until they're a bit bigger. They grow out of it.
  18. Jill did put in another post that the church they performed at had a harvest party, so maybe pony rides were part of the festivities? It looks like pink was the designated color for the morning performance. Everyone was dressed more casually for the harvest party audio assault. Jill even had on a baseball bonnet, which surprised me a bit since the performance was in the church. I would have guessed that was a no-no in their culture, even for a non-Sunday-morning service.
  19. Yeah, I was a little surprised. I broke my nose several years ago, although mine was due to a face plant on a concrete driveway. I had two black eyes, one swollen shut. I went to the ER because I also needed stitches and I lived in a rural area at the time (no urgent care). There really isn't anything to be done with a broken nose unless it's so badly dislocated you need surgery.
  20. Hemlock? Not that I wish that on an innocent child. But it is the family that gave us the names Spurgeon and Wilberforce. If the baby is a girl, so far they have gone with normal names. May it continue.
