  1. I watched it but I think this will be my last season. Too many of the old faces are popping up and they were boring, dull and not worth watching first time around so constantly dragging them back annoys me. The whole Donna/Louis/ Harvey triangle is just cringeworthy now, she's a secretary so please for the love of all things holy stop saying coming back to me/ leaving me etc. I'm not going to enjoy the rest of this season as I have an intense dislike of Leslie Hope and I have a feeling we are going to be seeing lots of her. I also have a horrible feeling that they have bowed to the Darvey crowd and will get them together by the finale. The thing that bothered me most about this episode was knowing that Gretchen just got bumped, which says a lot about how much I care about Mike and Rachel :-)
  2. I thought overall it was a good episode and was not really a surprise about the 2 resignations though. I get they wanted to show young Harvey and how his told the truth that broke his family up, but with the best will in the world GM does not pass for the age we have previously been told Harvey was when that happened. He said something about coming home from college in another episode. And the actor playing Marcus looks older than when we first saw him so that didn't work either. Young Mike was good, teenage Mike was not so good. Hardman, nope still don't get the writers belief that he is a good character or even a good actor. I find him a bit scene chewy. Louis nope don't care cry all you want I don't care about you anymore. I got a headache from rolling my eyes at Donna and her I'm soooooo amazing attitude with the therapist. Rachel nope don't care and boy can that woman suck all the life out of a scene. I assume Mike got caught for something else and Harvey and Jessica will have to scramble to get him out and somehow Harvey will unresign because there is no programme without him. The scene with Harvey and Jessica at the end was good as was Mike and Harvey.
  3. Finally got around to watching this weeks, meh. I am sick to death of Hardman he wasn't very good the first time, the second or whatever number we are up to now. The writers have run out of ideas and are just recycling old scripts hoping we won't notice. Forstman was not great last time and I don't see that changing on his reappearance either. Dear God Trevor? Really are we so hard up we have to bring him back aswell. The whole episode was like the Twightlght Zone. Louis getting all teary and misty eyed with Jack about how poorly he was treated when he stabbed Harvey and Jessica in the back just made me roll my eyes and utter a very bad word. Nope I am done with Louis and his toddler mood swings. Rachel and her crappy acting and her wedding nope don't care about that either. And what sort of stupid idea is it to tell her mother the secret. Donna was slightly less annoying. Mike and Harvey back together was the only good thing about this episode. I was disconcerted by the camera angles in the prison scenes though seeing Macht's moles changing sides took me out of the scene.
  4. How many times do we have to see Louis get hurt then lash out and then try to undo it? It must be at least once a season if not more. How in the name of god did he manage to get in to a large law firm acting like that? While Harvey was a prat for hitting Louis, I have to say his actions after were pretty decent, he genuinely apologised and Louis just stabbed him in the back. Again. I knew the second I saw the dictaphone in his hand that he was recording it to use against him, Harvey took ownership of his actions Louis is behaving like a child, and is still not learning anything from his mistakes/previous tantrums. It's the same old same old with him, I think the writers have gotten into the habit of getting Hoffman to play Louis so nasty that we dislike him and then they do something to make us like/feel for him, again it's been done to death. When the only person with any kind of growth going on is Harvey you know they have reached a point where they don't know what to do. Donna didn't annoy me this week, probably because we didn't see her too much. Still not liking Rachel at all and I assume she thought by lying to Mike about what really happened in the meeting was the kindest thing, but she has to know it's going to come back and haunt her. Not sure what the point of Claire was this week other than to have yet another person know the secret, I assume Hardman will drag the paperwork up and ask why Mike's name was removed and put the secret in the forefront again. So Hardman has something on Soloff and is going to use him to get back into "his" firm, how many times are we going to have this particular storyline dragged up? It's boring and been done to death.
  5. Ok enough with Hardman he really is not that good a character to keep bringing him back. I have really had enough of Donna and yet again the whole leaving you thing is back, you are a secretary not a wife/ girlfriend stop saying that. I have no idea how Louis has managed to get this far in life when he acts like a child all the time, I also have no idea how they are going to spin Harvey assaulting a fellow named partner. Louis is going to want him gone and I can only assume Hardman will find a way to worm back in with his help and get rid of Harvey. I'm curious how they deal with it. Best part of the episode was that there was very little Rachel so that's good.
  6. I'm enjoying this season more than the last because I think we are seeing more scenes with Mike and Harvey which is the whole reason for the show. We seem to be seeing some growth from Harvey in that he is admitting he has issues, hopefully it won't end with him sleeping with his therapist because it's looking like it's heading that way. I really dislike Soloff because the actor gives me the creeps, something about his teeth and mouth freak me out so I can't bear looking at him, I'm sure he's a lovely man is real life but he is not for me on screen. He does play sleazy lawyer very well though. Not happy that bloody Hardman is back again seriously the writers need to stop with the Hardman stuff it's beyond boring now. Don't care about Rachel at all, she still sucks the life out of every scene she is in. Don't care about her wedding either. Donna has been annoying me since last season and I now officially hate her, the way she pee'd all over that other girl's wedding was just nasty all so she could be the amazing Donna. And I am sick of the way they all say she left Harvey and she won't leave Louis, errr she's a secretary not a spouse so stop saying "leave/left". I know it's so we know how much they both love her and they are basically fighting over her and she loves it. I preferred Donna when she popped up with a snarky comment and waltzed off now it's too in your face. Also if she really is an all knowing all seeing God why couldn't she see the honey? I love Gretchen and am so glad they made her a regular woman not a bimbo, and I agree with other commentators that said that she proves that Donna isn't as special as she thinks because Gretchen is rocking that job as well as Donna ever did. Louis oh Louis what can I say it's 2 steps forward 10 steps back with him, he had a good week this week so next he will be bumbling silly Louis who screws up and Mike/ Harvey have to clean it up. Jessica is as always completely in control and will no doubt be ready for Hardman or whoever the big bad is this season. Final comment about wardrobe, do they hate Rick Hoffman because his suits are just awful, badly fitting and the legs are too short. It's like they picked them off a clearance rack and said good enough. And that thing they made Gina Torres wear in the last scene was horrific, it made her look enormous when she is clearly not it looked like a bag. And the bra the therapist was wearing looked too big or bulky and it distracted me in her scenes.
  7. This episode felt a little bit more like the Suits of old with flashes of the old petulant Louis and the scenes at Harvey's apartment feeling more like the old Mike/Harvey. I'm hoping Logan is gone for good because I can't take anymore of his smugness. I'm still not liking Malone at all and as far as I can see he has done nothing to help with the SEC problem. He is only an employee but seems to think he deserves special treatment because he's sleeping with Jessica, and the fact that they have made Jessica bow to this fact is not something that sits well with me. I'm feeling a little bad about my comments on DB Woodside's "acting " I'm starting to wonder if perhaps he has a medical condition. I noticed a couple of episodes back his hand was shaking a lot and now he seems to keep his hand in his pocket most of the time, Michael J Fox comes to mind as that was something he did to hide his tremor. I hope though that its just DB Woodside being a very bad actor. * I hope my comments do not offend or upset anyone that is not my intention*
  8. After episode 5 where I felt that maybe it was getting back to what it should be Harvey/ Mike. They had to go and make it all about Rachel again, seriously how much screen time is she getting? I think the writers/creator felt they needed to bring in loads more guests to spice it up, just a shame they went with awful guests. Logan ( cant be bothered looking up actors name) is just full of smugness and its very offputting. DB Woodside is awful, the man shows no emotion in his face his tone never changes so you can't tell if he is happy, angry, sad whatever. Amy/Sidwell are just clones of Harvey/Donna. Neal McDonagh is not to my taste at all nor is Eric Roberts but when I would rather watch either of them rather than Rachel and her angst at choosing between 2 men you know its bad. The writers have worked out that Rick Hoffman can make you hate Louis one minute and want to hug him the next so they keep giving him scenes like that whether they fit in or not with the story. I can only assume that Macht/Adams have a deal in place that allows them less time on screen for other perks, I know they are listed as producers now and are both set to direct. Maybe they agreed to less lines and screen time for these things. I started watching Suits for the snappy dialogue, the chemistry Macht and Adams have together and the clothes didn't hurt either. Now I find myself rolling my eyes at Rachel and noticing how Harvey's suits are looking a bit cheap and shiny lately. Sorry for rambling I had to get that off my chest.
