Finally, a good episode.

Isn’t Sol like 11 years old? That would be 3rd or 4th grade if my distant memory serves.

I have to agree that this season isn’t delivering on the promise of last season. I rewatched the first season multiple times. Loved the subplot of the election even though Jerry was insufferable. At least his character had closure. The one time this season we’ve seen Sheila teach (at the fair, I think was the only time so far if memory serves?) she was tentative and subdued. What a contrast to last season’s finale episode where she had so much energy. Granted she had a twisted ovary but what purpose did that subplot even have? I do like that Danny is getting a bit of a redemption arc, in his new role as stay at home Dad. I haven’t rewatched any of S2. Like others here I wish they’d get back to the main plot - Sheila’s career. Now that Bunny and Ty have their $25k, maybe they can vanish into the sunset so we can focus on the meat and potatoes.

I just had a look at the garden video. What a mess and those tomatoes aren’t even supported. It seems to me that the corn and carrots are too close together. Where are the roots supposed to be? I only grow tomatoes so I’m far from an expert in other veggies.

RV in for repairs? It’s freaking brand new. It’s also huge - what does she plan on doing, taking it out of storage and hauling it to wherever at probably 10 mpg?

Ugh. If she’s lost so much weight why is she wearing the same clothes as last year. I hate to think that people will actually buy this plexus shit because any weight she’s lost is because of calories. Not because of a magical pink drink.

I don’t think it’s the money as much as sheer hatred for Sheila on Bunny’s part. Bunny blames Sheila for all her misfortune even though a lot of it is of her own making. Breem was already aware that Bunny and Tyler were squatting/living in the back of their space in the mall so he was probably ready to evict them. Bunny still could have taught her classes at Body by Bunny as Sheila isn’t teaching in person classes -at least not yet. The video company was only interested in Sheila, not Bunny.

Sad because I want to see 1986. Maybe they’ll jump ahead.

But she still has to pay the storage fee, the insurance, whatever payments she owes etc. I wouldn’t be surprised to find she quietly sold it.

So basically it’s a three day liquid diet. Janelle must know that 6 pounds/inches are water weight.

I’m thinking that Sheila is going to find a different company to produce/distribute/promote her videos. This one doesn’t seem to care…they expect the “star” to do all the work and book substandard venues.

I figured that we didn't see it for whatever reason, but that Sheila confided to Breem about her eating disorder because of course she went into the bathroom to throw up. I also think that Ty knows about the motel room and that Sheila has been meeting Breem there. Maybe he knows the desk clerk. Bad idea for Sheila to have Bunny sub for her while she's recovering.

Jazzercise (which has been referenced by Jerry in S1 and S2 if memory serves) predates even Jane Fonda and was/is headquartered in Carlsbad near San Diego which is where Physical is based. So Sheila isn't a pioneer per se and neither is Bunny. Based on the very first episode, Sheila is going to have hit the big time by 1986. I'm looking forward to seeing the story arc, if the series lasts that long! (fingers crossed).

I know that some people thought the dress on Janelle was flattering but to me it just looks like some cheap Amazon dress that clings in all the wrong places. Savanah's dress is even worse. IMO of course.
