  1. Because they're setting themselves up to be partners on the next Rivals, whenever that is. I also think Bananas is purposefully having beef with Sarah so they can partner up, if Sarah decides to continue doing Challenges now that she's finally won. (I do think he's also actually a little hurt, but come on, he of all people know it's a game and he got played. It's all fake, it's all part of his "personality.")
  2. They must film in other countries because of their relative (to the US) lack of safety regulations. I don't think you'd be able to film a show in the US where you contestants climb a mountain as steep as that one and not have some sort of safety gear. That said, I don't think it was quite as bad as it looked on television, because the camera guys had to climb, too, and didn't seem to have problems. I was surprised that Leroy and Theresa didn't get some sort of advantage on the second day since they were the only ones to sink a rock in that challenge. Jordan and Sarah finished first but only because they got there first.
  3. Jessa was so done with the scavenger hunt before it even started. The expression on her face the entire time cracked me up.
  4. Before TWOP closed its doors, people used to say that Anna really, really wants to be Michelle. I never quite got it until this episode, when Jill came out in one of the dresses (the second one, I think) and Michelle started to squeal how good she looked, and a split second later Anna did the same, in the exact same tone. The boys' outdoor adventure looked freaking awesome. They could've taken a few of the other boys, too, though. Poor Grandma.
  5. I agree - I actually genuinely like both Jill and Derick and think they're actually in love. And in regards to Jinger's camera... I'm sure Canon gave those to them, plus the lenses. Advertising! (I do think Jinger is a good photographer. I thought the engagement pictures were quite good, if slightly pedestrian.)
  6. They played it ad nauseum in the promos, but I can't get enough of Derick saying that hummus is "chick peas all smashed up" and James responding with "CHICKEN PEE?" I'm horrified by the Duggar chaperone rules (especially chaperoning an engaged couple... ridiculous) but man, did James and Jason shine. So much funny stuff was going on. (And man, Jason looks so much like Josiah.)
  7. Add me in to the group who wanted to see Nany stand up to Bananas and say Theresa's name... It definitely seems like the best strategy to keep around an injured competitor who's determined to try, even one as strong as Cara Maria, especially since they're playing as individuals and not teams.
