  1. And my point is all we've been shown (previously and tonite) is he's a guy who had problems, was working to fix them, cleaned up a dead body---because he lives in a town where you're guilty until proven innocent and even then not given a pass (because the show certainly made THAT clear) and then was willing to sacrifice his own life to protect his son. IDK, seems like someone who at heart is actually a pretty good person. You actually stated: Again, none of which we have any canon proof of. I don't see why you're so hellbent on him being evil and inserting your headcanon, TBH. You sound a lot like both Vermin and Kevin did tonight. Actual show canon, again, shows him waaaay less shady than the other adults in town. Which is the point the show is trying to make
  2. Which was literally the ONLY thing we're meant to believe. My entire point Errrmmm....I disagree. We've been shown he hung out at the drive in and got rid of the body when he found it (because WTF else was he gonna do?). That's where his "dirty deeds" seem to begin and end. I actually find the show illustrating that the rich people and town officials are waaaay shadier than the poor people and Mustang was an outlier who left FP to clean up his mess. So two ways of looking at this.
  3. And that's all there is to go on-----plus, that's the uncorroborated statement of another "criminal" who's now fleeing justice, so completely inadmissable hearsay. It's quite apparent this was written to exonerate FP, not the other way around. You're assuming a great deal The fact that we see FP still moping in a jail cell in the previews tells me he'll be sprung shortly.
  4. He didn't do those things, though----Mustang did. That was made very, very clear. Not sure why he was sitting on the tape, etc. But no he did not abduct or torture Jason. With the body, I'm guessing Clifford pulled those strings all along.
  5. The only thing FP is "guilty" of is being Clifford's victim and being coerced into making a false statement to Roscoe to protect his son, all which kinda makes him a saint. How are you missing that? And how do the Blossoms and Coopers being third cousins explain Betty's anxiety disorder?
  6. No Hal, no Grundy. And also that's the ONLY series I've ever heard of where that's happened. Not sure why everyone here is convinced of all this, despite the show runner's and writers say so and all the evidence eliminating those two
  7. Juggie FP Reggie Kevin Chuck
  8. I loathe Henry as much as anyone, but it really isn't weird for someone to include their step-child to be in the wedding party, in fact it's pretty standard and a sweet gesture. We all know Young Surly probably felt he SHOULD be the one walking his mommy down the aisle, so this makes for a very nice gesture and symbolizes their bond. Additionally, not sure where Smee is (probably the actor's unavailable), but Hook's other good friends: His BFF/other TL already has aisle walking duty (that he's been dreaming of since 4EVAH, BTW) His other good friend is dead (Robin Hood) His beloved brother, Liam 1.0, is dead His nu bro, Liam 2.0 is stuck in the EF His nu-dad, Nemo is there, too. Aladdin's busy with Jazzy So basically, except for maybe the dwarfs, every SB Dude is already occupied
  9. No Hal Cooper, see my posts and spoilers above
  10. I'm fairly sure the writers have said that we'll find out who killed Jason this season. But I might be wrong. Also, even if they did say that, writers lie so it doesn't really mean anything lol. Nope, they have. Like fifty billion times, TBH. It's been made abundantly clear we learn next episode. Because TV shows can have more than one mystery arc over the course of several seasons, after all
  11. Well unless every single person connected to the show is lying, I'm most assuredly correct on the reveal in 112. As to different viewpoints, I guess to each their own (and I certainly can't speak to how, what or why others form their opinions), but I follow it pretty closely and have been pretty much consistently right on major plot developments thus far.
  12. Ehhh...I think it's pretty obvious. The show does like its twists, but it's also fairly consistent in broadcasting its arcs. We'll all know soon enough which Blossom was the killer
  13. Oh agree absolutely, as you can see above. But we've seen them, and they've been given SOME fleshing out. Huge difference between that and generic Serpent guy. Also, why would a Serpent torture a child for a week? That's very visceral and indicates a fair amount of emotion
  14. They've already repeatedly interviewed the murderer is revealed to the audience and the town in episode 12, with the finale (episode 13) being the denouement. And, because of the "devastates Cheryl and ruins her life, so she goes crazy in the finale", it will not be Odd Serpent Dude #12. They've similarly made it clear they won't be coping out and just pinning it on someone random----it's someone they've dropped hints toward all along
  15. Dark Betty isn't actually crazy or DiD, it's simply a part of Betty's personality she suppresses because she fears that side of herself. She wasn't REALLY gonna kill Chuck, she was just really grieving/freaking out about her sister at that point (and similarly, felt still overwhelmed about Archie, etc). Being with Jughead helps her recognize, open up about, accept and integrate her darker impulses, instead of suppressing them or self harming
