    S04.E13: Man of Worth

Agree completely. I absolutely believe in Roger's love for Bree, but Bree has never convinced me that she fell in love with him back. This is probably simply because Richard Rankin is a much better actor than Sophie Skelton. The way he was shaking when they embraced ... Sophie just stared at him and then "you're back" with a blank face. I super squeed when Jocasta and Murtagh was revealed. Get it, girl.

Sigh. Just like rape is a lazy, semi-misogynistic dramatic writer's tool, so too is pregnancy. Of course Brianna gets pregnant the first time she has sex.

    S04.E08: Wilmington

This is entirely a problem with Sophie Skelton. She's a total mannequin and I had to laugh when the featurette called her a hothead. She just seems whiny. Richard Rankin was in The Crimson Field with Oona Chaplin as his love interest and they were both steamy. I believe his acting as Roger but I just get no feeling from Brianna whatsoever.
  4. Loved Catherine Rampell and even better how she just took the wind out of British Mr Clean with the "what does that have anything to do with what we're talking about?" It didn't! Hahaha!

    S07.E12: Paean To The People

After seeing her on House of Cards and now here, I just think she's not a very good actress. Or at least miscast in these harsh political roles.

    S07.E07: Episode 7

I accidentally spoiled myself on Barbara's death but show, WTF?! If the actress didn't want to be on the show anymore, she had already been neatly written off for half of season 7 already. Why bring her back just to kill her? And POOR TOM. Ugh. Sad.

Which episode was that? Most of the world's figure skating blades, from beginner to elite, are made in Sheffield.

House Hunters: Buying in the USA

Budgets $400k and up in WNY will get you a really nice house, city or 'burbs. The house is in Orchard Park - the restaurant scene is a well-known OP place. It's an upscale suburb about 20min southeast of the city and where the Bills stadium is located. The market here is almost booming, but $450k was definitely overpriced. I was a little peeved at the guy for saying how up-and-coming Buffalo is - by saying how close it is to Cleveland, Rochester, Toronto?! Dude, there is a ton going on IN Buffalo.
  9. Max Greenfield, totally wasted :(
  10. It reminds me of that episode of Mad Men where Pete Campbell noticed that a brand of TVs was selling poorly overall, but very well to African-Americans, and suggested to the TV execs that they should focus their marketing to African-Americans to increase their business. The execs were appalled and refused because they didn't want to become known as a "black" company. Yes, Bill, even hardened capitalists will walk away from the potential of millions of dollars if it doesn't fit their image. If Gucci makes plus-sized clothes, Gucci is for fat people.
  11. I think Tim nearly blew Bill's mind when he said that yes, the fashion industry would rather walk away from billions of dollars than make attractive clothes for fat people. The vast majority are a bunch of elitist snobs who think their shit smells like Chanel No 5. It's one of the more subvert ways fat people are shamed in every day life. And Bill, even "thin" fat people are used to model plus-sized clothes - actually something that I don't mind that much. I just want to know what the clothes look like, generally. In fact, if a brand wants to use a size 000 model, fine! Just sell that same dress in a size 18 is all I'm asking. Make us some fairly comfortable, moderately priced, not-even-really-that-fashionable clothes without cold shoulder cut-outs, sharkbite hems or giant gaudy flower prints. S07.E07: The Dragon And The Wolf

Once someone said he was Evil Pacey, it was all over for me.
  13. Ugh, Bill can fuck right off with his cheap fat jokes. As a size 18 woman, you know who body-shames me the most? Myself. I don't need self-righteous strangers telling me to hate myself thin. If shame were an effective weight loss motivation, no one would be fat. Stick to whining about the PC culture and leave people whose body size you don't approve of out of it.

We are on the same page. I could buy Jon/Gendry sooner than Jon/Daenerys.
