  1. Bethenny and Jason had a very young daughter and a custody dispute when Jason refused to leave. He would have either had to take his daughter with him when he left or he would have been legally abandoning her, hurting his case. It made practical sense for him to stay and not disrupt his daughter's routine until custody was settled. With Mario and Ramona there are no minor children, so all I can imagine is that Mario thinks that it is his house and she can leave if she doesn't want to be around him. Otherwise, I got nothing.
  2. I just can't get Leah's numbers to make sense. WV uses both parents incomes when calculating child support. From the chart, if their combined income was $15000 a month and 7500 of that came from Cory, he'd still only pay less than $1000. It would be less if he has the girls more than 35% of the time. He should also get credit for the insurance. He must be making much more than Leah if he has to pay the insurance, $1200 child support, AND 60% of the unpaid medical bills.
  3. To semi-answer the question about Keith's son's age: he's a freshman in college this year, so I'm going with 'older than 12 or 15'.
  4. He isn't actually 'on the hook' for anything, legally. Right now she has the teen mom money, so that is what is used for her income in any child support calculations. That said, once the cameras go away he will be on the hook to supply Leah's part of the costs since she isn't working by choice. And, of course, a trip to Disney world (etc.) on a credit card in his name makes him responsible since he took on the debt willingly.
  5. Is there going to be exploitation of a Harris child? Is Josh's daughter going to be on the show, too?
