  1. I put this in the Annabelle thread too, but it's pertinent to this episode so I'm going to put it here. Annabelle is so confusing to me. Every story I've read about her portrays her as this total party girl in the fashion world, but on this show she seems to be trying so hard to come across as a total prim and proper British lady. Like the whole underwear situation. She was so offended by opening a gift of underwear, as if the mere suggestion that women wear panties makes her sick, but take a look at this photo from a party in 2000: That is a see through dress, designed for her by Alexander McQueen (did you know that she was his muse BTW?). Yes, those are her bra and underwear that you can see right through that dress. I don't know if she's trying to reinvent herself or what, but her freak out during the 4th of July party makes NO SENSE. Unless she just hates Juliet and saw an opportunity to go off on her. She is crazy.
  2. Annabelle is the worst. She is such a hypocrite. There's a photo with this article in which she is wearing a see-through dress at a party, with her underwear on full display, but now she's freaking out about opening a gift of panties? What? http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/georgeosborne/3247693/The-extrovert-lifestyle-of-the-former-Mrs-Nathaniel-Rothschild.html Every story I've read about her paints her as a total party girl in the fashion world, so it's weird that she's trying to hard to convey this image of prim and proper British lady.
  3. I thought the "looking at our vaginas" scene was hilarious. Do people really put those cheesy "Always kiss me goodnight" and "Love lives here" pillows on their beds? Yuck. I would think that the guard was supposed to be supervising Morello while the other lady was in chemo, but the guard kind of allowed herself to take a break. I mean, these ladies are in a minimum security prison so maybe some of them have earned a certain level of trust. It seems like Morello had been working as a driver for the prisoners for some time. She is creepy as hell, though.
  4. I love Suzanne so much. Her character is just fascinating to me, and yes, her back story is heartbreaking. Her mother wanted so badly for Suzanne to fit in and be accepted - which is also all Suzanne herself wants too - but it's so hard for a child who is different. Do we know the nature of Suzanne's mental issues? She almost seems to have autism, with her sensory issues and at the end when she commented that her hair was "how I've always done it". I'm a bit scared for her, since Vee is obviously very manipulative and Suzanne is so desperate for friends. She will be easy to turn into a pawn. I 100% agree with the race/"tribe" theme playing an important role this season. Seems like they're setting it up for a showdown between the blacks, whites, and Hispanics.
  5. I can't stop running my tongue over my own teeth now, to make sure they're still there. Good lord. Loved Taystee this episode. Her story is so interesting to me, and she was great during the interview. I wanted to hire her! Vee is going to be a good addition, I think. Also really enjoying watching Red's fall. I want more Crazy Eyes.
