I just noticed on rewatching that Rebecca Asher directed this. She’s the daughter of Elizabeth Montgomery and William Asher. ETA: we just watched an episode of Bewitched where EM was pregnant with Rebecca. Finding out she directed my favorite show Dead To Me - I said Wow!

Just swiping meds from a hospital… I need my thumbprint to get into the room. Then I have to put in my user name and password before the case opens and I have to push a button on how many items I took from the shelf. All this for me to get a comb! Never mind an aspirin! I rolled my eyes at Judy swiping the big ass bottle of prescription pills!

This last episode was the first time we saw them actually using the pool! It was a wonderful family scene!

I binged the whole thing again! I have no self control. CA has my prayers for her health and I was totally focused on both ladies and the stories being played out. I read in an interview she didn’t think some viewers would be able to get past some physical issues she is struggling with, like her weight gain. It was a total non issue for me. I can’t thank her enough for putting herself through what she needed to give us Season 3. Can’t wait to read more thoughts on the series as others finish it.

I felt bad for her kids. She was having fun playing cards with them and got up and left without a backward glance as soon as she heard Charles was on the phone.

The contracts were included. They were crazy. It included free furniture (and included payment so she wouldn’t have to pay the tax for the furniture out of her own pocket) so in addition to payments, it included all sorts of freebies, such as product placements, free clothes from childrens clothing stores etc. this was why she went nuts on not getting the kids clothing stained. Because she wouldn’t get as much money for them when she resold them.

How they act is what they’ve been taught or not. Christina’s actions and life decisions good and bad puts herself in a position to be judged. She made these decisions, no one else. If her former husband thinks she is not doing the very best for her youngest child and is looking to formally remove her influence from his life speaks volumes to me.

Yes. I agree! You know what this reminds me of? I loved the Bridget Jones Diary books, the first 2…. The third one when Mark is dead and she has two kids and never gets her happy years?! I said I don’t know how many curse words…. Threw the book in the trash and said I would rewrite my own ending. Bridget deserved (and we deserved to see) the happy years! Just like Carrie and Big.

I hate this reboot. I actually started watching the old series right after watching this mess. it’s not that I’m bothered by them being older. They are acting too old right now and they aren’t true to the characters they once played. No way would Samantha miss Bigs funeral. And as someone said, just say she can’t come because she tested positive for Covid. That’s easy and believable. But they can’t mention the pandemic and show no one anywhere masking/vaccinations etc. Miranda was not a moron and she was never that out of touch. The way she is portrayed now I wouldn’t have believed she even got into law school. The old series had hilarious moments. I still find it funny when Carrie had her laptop wrapped in cashmere and Berger was trying to define the problem to the IT guy as “da bomb” carrie looked at him like she might murder him saying “you are embarrassing me” through clenched teeth.🤣 This reboot has nothing funny.

I was surprised they mentioned the pandemic without showing ANYONE masking (not anyone on the street either) yet they showed Carrie coming home and immediately washing her hands. And mentioning listening to their favorite records with wine since 2nd day of lockdown. On a thread of redditt one person compared them to looking like the Goldie Hawn/ Meryl Streep characters in Death Becomes Her where they are held together with spray paint and spackle! I couldn't believe they didn't have Carrie at least trying to call 911.

I didn’t get why Judy was going to be homeless or have to live in her car. At that point only she and Jen knew Steve was dead so just move back into his house. It used to be hers too. She could’ve said they got back together, since he can’t disagree! Lol

Someone needs to stand up and help Anna and have a come to Jesus moment with JB. Something along these lines.... You WILL buy me and my 7 children a house to live in, a wharehouse isnt going to cut it. I have done everything I can do with your son. The marriage will be annuled by several avenues... fraud most likely. Grandparents will have open visitation which is more than their own father will. She needs to blackmail him with money to get her started on this new life.... or she goes to every news publication(Starting with Sean Overbeek from TLC) and give the inside info on what life has been like these last 12 years because..... INQUIRING MINDS WANT TO KNOW!

So why put all those LLC’s into Anna’s name but not the house? The house they sold in 2019 was beautiful even if it needed work done. I would be depressed having to move from that into a windowless warehouse. Just being in Anna’s name is not enough?
