I wonder how soon we are going to get that piece of casting news.

He did. Them sort of going through the casting process could mean that they have opted to recast the original actor now that the character is going to play a bigger role than originally intended. A similar thing happened with Sara Lance, who was originally played by a soap opera actress before she was eventually replaced by Caity Lotz.

Well, according to Marc, Dinah was confirmed to be alive because the show can't afford to kill off another Canary and Black Siren because they wouldn't bring back KC only to kill her off again.

Looks like Black Siren will get even more short-changed than I imagined if they aren't even going to do an Earth-2 flashback episode with her, but luckily, that would also mean that we won't have to sit through any unneccessary E-2 Lauriver scenes that would only feed the delusions of the ever more desperate Lauriver shippers. Not that their delusions need any feeding - they are doing a great job at that all by themselves, LOL.

Makes sense, but the whole custody storyline is still stupid to me. Realistically, Rene would have to retire from the vigilante business as soon as he gets his child back. It would be completely irresponsible for him to still be taking the law into his own hands as a single parent because if he gets killed, his child would be an orphan and find herself right back in foster care again.

While I am generally not a big fan of the idea, I hope this time it's finally going to stick. The writers have teased and subsequently walked back on the storyline too many times already.

Looks like they ditched the blonde hair for Dinah and decided to roll with the brunette hair with blonde highlights, instead: While I am glad that the people involved seem to have come to their senses, I am wondering if they will actually acknowledge these hair color changes in the show's dialogue because it could seem weird for the character to drastically alter her hairstyle twice in the span of a handful of episodes. Like, maybe BS is going to taunt Dinah because she's starting to look like her deceased predecessor or something similar to that?

I hope The Punisher will be a good series. The Defenders was very underwhelming and badly misused Sigourney Weaver, IMO.

The stills will probably be just Oliver, William, Dinah, Slade and BS. Maybe if we are lucky, there will be some of the other characters right before the explosion happens on the island, but I wouldn't count on it.

Yes, for the series finale. I don't think Emily would ever leave the show, but on the off chance that she does and the show continues for 2 or 3 more seasons, it would be silly to think that the writers wouldn't have Oliver move on with someone else in the meantime.

Oliver and Felicity will get married. Whether they stay together or not will depend solely on actor availability. If Emily pulls a Nina Dobrev and decides that she wants to try different things, the show will have to take the story in another direction and Olicity will probably get a divorce.

Why would people want that anyway? Arrow ran out of fresh ideas eons ago and most cast-members will probably be ready to move on a few years from now. Just look at Smallville. By the time that show entered it's tenth season, the only original cast member left was Tom Welling.
