  1. One aspect that makes me enjoy watching Scandal is because all the characters, with the exception of David Rosen, are morally compromised, pathetic and in some cases pure evil. When I watch other shows, I get irritated that the bad guys thrive and win for so long. But on Scandal, everyone is a bad guy. So anyone can destroy anyone else and I am all the merrier. I don't care if Olivia get a bullet in her head or Cyrus gets blown up by a car bomb or Fitz gets stabbed by Mellie in a jealous rage. It all works for me. I was forever turned away from Olivia when she shacked up with Jake who killed James, her best friend's husband. Unbelievable! And how can she be friends with a vile human being like Mr. Beane? She is certainly no white hat. My hope is David does not get corrupted by the disease around him. He was already going down that road with blackmailing using the B613 files.
  2. Ok, what is wrong with me? I watched the scene where Rick and co butchered the sadistic Termites. It was so satisfying, Lol! I think the only villain I hated as much as these creeps is da Guvnur ...
  3. I thought this episode was awesome with a totally unexpected ending! This is how I like my unrealistic, adrenaline inducing 24! I certainly believe that Cheng has gone rogue. No way will the Chinese sanction the destruction of their aircraft carrier. That is a steep cost financially. And they will consider the needless loss of lives of their military personnel. I was fooled by Kate's freak out and threat to put one in Navarro's skull. She sold the pain and heartbreak very well. I hated her as Hannah Makay with a thousand suns on Dexter but digging her here on 24. I am looking forward to the revelation of Mr Audrey Heller's involvement in Jack's ambush and by extension the provision of sufficient time for Cheng to start WWIII. It should be epic!
  4. Yes, the defenestration of Margot was the highlight of tonight's episode. It got me wondering that life has not been too good to Cat Stark whether in Westeros or 24-land. She had her husband killed twice. Her son killed twice. And then her throat slit and taking a dive through a 5th story window. She tried it both ways; first she was honorable and then she was evil. It got her the same result; a straight ticket to the death pool ...
  5. My first post. I have browsed TWOP for so long and moved here to continue the insightful discussions. I agree. It makes the most sense. I am baffled about why Tyrion was wandering the hallways of the Castle instead of getting out of Dodge. Why did he go to Tywin's chambers? What if his father was awake and saw him? Tyrion's escape would have been thwarted. I think ending the season with Arya sailing to Bravos was perfect. I am looking forward to her adventures there and the transformation into an accomplished faceless assasin. I hope Maisie grows a couple of inches over the next year so that she can be big enough to execute some entertaining fight choreo and kills. Perhap she can become the person who will terminate Franken-Mountain. Finally, the Wall has become interesting. I wonder if Jon would have taken the risk of letting the Wildling army through. Too risky
