Yep. There are 10 provinces and 3 territories in Canada. Nunavut is the most recent territory. The clue was after a province, however. And, of course, Nunavut didn't answer the other part of the clue, about the dogs. Still, I think it was good to write SOMETHING, because writing nothing is always incorrect.
