I thought it was silly too. Isaac is what, 13 or 14 years old and he’s a string bean. So not only does he have to carry the golf clubs all the way to the end of the driveway, he’s also literally and figuratively put in the middle of the feud between his parents and brother. You could see how excited and desperate he was to hang out with his brothers, he would’ve done whatever it took to go. I’m glad Micah was able to come up with a compromise or I’m sure Isaac would’ve been crestfallen.
I’m not sure if Ethan is so much against big city living as he is being away from his siblings. Micah and Moriah seem to have a small friend group, but Ethan has no one other than them, Olivia and an elderly man that he calls his best friend. He really would benefit from seeking therapy.
