  1. Past hour
  2. Perhaps not on the show, considering the others don’t want to be on it. In “real life” they do.
  3. Plexus reset is 3 days of peeing and pooping so on day 4 your dehydrated ass weighs less - until day 5.
  4. Wow. Just wow. Vinnie, paraphrasing: (In the car) "You're terrible at everything. You can't do anything right. You're hurting the team." (Talking head) "I don't know why she thinks she's not good enough." It was painful to watch that abuse and browbeating. I almost turned the tv off. Hopefully after the race they never see each other again. On the other hand Cesar and Ricky continue to be delightful. Their singing (and dancing) was hilarious. Mom and Danny learned that they perform better without dragging extra teams with them. (See? Raaaaace!) And the firefighters are finally put out of their misery. (Also painful watching them try to navigate.)
  5. It was so nice that Danny helped Dan plate & still won the elimination challenge. Ahem, Laura? That's called good sportsmanship. I'm about ready for her to exit stage left. I was horrified by the bottom 2 because I'm rooting for both Rasika and Michelle. Interesting that Michelle said Soo had trouble sleeping & she said welcome to the club. I wonder why the contestants aren't resting well?
  6. Or you can consider that House is a fairly abusive narcissist and this is part of the drawn out struggle that Cuddy has to get out of their codependent relationship. House has toxic relationships.
  7. LoL Nell pretending that Edward remembered her birthday was so cute. It was nice to see her in such a cheerful state.
  8. I was happy to see Camille win the breakfast part of that last challenge and thereby given immunity from the rest of the shift. He'd been on his feet since the start (having to endure that elimination challenge and then move right in to the next one with no break.)
  9. I liked that we saw more from the sheriff. The way he’s slowly been letting his guard down, and now we know why he’s been so abrupt with the deputy. I really like the friendships.
  10. How cute was Summer reading/looking at her book while Scheana and Brittany were discussing Brock’s and Jax’s delicate He Man Egos. ”Puppy. Puppy.”
  11. Now why would Shred be interested in a low-life freeloader who blatantly steals food and gets into other people's drinks? That did not make sense to me at all. Like you see that and that is who sparks your romantic interest? 🤔
  12. I am the only one who is rooting for Kristen and Luke. He seems to understand how to talk to her. He leaps to her defense and challenges, but there’s passion there. I don’t think it’s ego. I love Kristen’s long-sleeved, twisted bodice cranberry red dress.
  13. I agree, I think a lead deckhand may be needed when there is a larger crew but for a 4 person team it doesn’t seem necessary. It was ballsy of Ben to appoint his bed buddy the lead deckhand and very unprofessional. He shouldn’t be sleeping with his subordinates. I felt bad for Anthony but I don’t understand why there isn’t an assistant to help these yacht chefs. They could handle the late night/early morning requests from fat drunks who just had dinner a couple hours ago. The preference sheet mishaps are on Anthony however. It does seem like a pain but he should have some kind of menu made up beforehand that includes the picky people . I understand not being able to get duck bacon but turkey bacon is fairly easy to get. He made a comment that he ordered it but didn’t know where it was. That’s crap. He should have made sure he had the correct provisions for the primary. I am liking Captain Kerry. He’s not a dramatic asshole like Sandy who plays favorites. He’s seems like an actual leader.
  14. Jesse with his “That’s what she said.”
  15. Today
  16. Random thoughts on episode 9 - "The Idol, Hunter": People crying about credit for moves need only remember: it's not the actual moves that matter at final tribal. It's how well you plausibly reverse-engineer what your "plan all along" was to fit what actually happened. The show keeps expanding on Probst's character. I'd normally complain about that, but this may be the first season he's not in the top half of the most annoying characters. Taking annoyance many steps further, I would love to see the challenge team of misfit toys (Liz, Venus, Q) make the final three. Just imagine how far the levels of delusion and superiority in the final tribal speeches could get. Delicious.
  17. That Burning Man line of clothing woman/Gabby accomplished what the producers wanted her to accomplish. There was so much conflict going on at that dinner table. (I have never heard of someone paying for a hotel room as the venue for a celebratory dinner.) I suspect that they edited so much. Michelle feeling territorial with regard to Jesse hanging out with Gabby but also emotionally checked out of the marriage. Michelle poking Jesse for being too serious. Again and again. Michelle wondering where her husband went. Danny raising his hand to speak, as if he was in first grade. Nia struggling to convince him to not weigh in. Zack needing to stifle Kristen. Kristen and Luke arguing over whether or not she had ever called him “a douche.” They pixelated Michelle’s areola. They should pixelate Brittany’s décolletage.
  18. I was afraid when I originally read the description that the episode would be heavy, but I should have known it wasn't in the previews last week when Coop was sarcastically asking if Spencer woke up in bed with Wade. (They could have recreated an old Three's Company episode with drunk Jack and Mr. Roper if they'd gone that route.) I hope that Wade won't go back to being douchey like he was before. He may have actually learned from his mistakes, as everyone may have abandoned him after he lost his fame and money. He was all alone drinking when Spencer confronted him. I do wonder though why Asher told Jordan and Spencer about his recruiting Wade while they were drunk. Maybe they would have later been mad that he lied, but then probably would have agreed that it was smarter to explain when they were sober. Is Asher going to have a heart attack running routes for Wade? I don't know why I keep thinking that when they said it was fine, but they hadn't brought up his heart for a long time before that. I think Coop was right to not sleep with Patience when they were drunk and she doesn't know Patience's feelings. They already did that once while sober when Coop was with Sky, so it didn't go anywhere. I thought Spencer was going to drunkenly blurt out that Coop loved Patience and that was why Coop was avoiding her later. Layla's storyline is completely stupid. I know there are many people who stop taking their medication because they don't think they need it anymore, but she was suicidal just a few years ago and would probably have to be regularly monitored by a doctor for some time, and in many places wouldn't have access to her medication without appointments. So she could discuss how she felt and perhaps have it adjusted accordingly. (Which I still think is what Ryan was talking about.) But no, just have her work her way off the pills completely on her own. That will go well. I don't know why Patience thought it sounded like a great idea. Layla's story of weeping because a dog wagged its tail is probably not a really good sign. At least she didn't react to Dillon's creepiness. They need to say how old he is because I can't keep track with the time jump and Jalyn Hall being older. Dillon's probably still not in high school? Patience beating up the dude (even though he started it) will probably used in some self-defense claim for Miko because of the doorbell camera footage being banned. Then she can just walk without any mental health treatment, great. Maybe Olivia can then leak the doorbell cam footage to vindicate Patience, since she has experience in such things. Jordan really was being passive-aggressive toward Layla, especially if he hadn't talked to her about Ryan weeks later (or had but was still acting the way he did). They probably need pre-marital counseling, not that I would enjoy watching that, so they could just talk later about having done this. I liked his account of the super-tall slide. Olivia was very supportive in this episode.
  19. It drives me crazy when I hear people say, "Oh you just didn't *get* it." That's the laziest excuse for bad performance. These are judges with decades of experience, Kaleena. They'll get it just fine. And if they don't, maybe that's because there's nothing to get. Man, I want to like her but she makes it tough. Somebody on the production team really hates Laura. She mostly laid low this episode but they couldn't help themselves with the dark chocolate at the beginning. That said, even though I defended her last episode because I didn't think the budget problems were her fault alone, she's emerging as a dirty player. The editors can't make up footage. I like Rasika a lot and I'm surprised she's gone when it's still relatively early in the competition. But "slimy" and "slug like" are not criticisms from which you can recover. It's game over at that point.
  20. Let’s hope so. I really hope Grant doesn’t die. He’s a good kid and he really went to bat for the trio tonight. Forgot to add how much I loved Ghost Chucky’s scene with his doll body Damballa. He’s such an egomaniac.
  21. DrBriCa

    X-Men'97

I've been wondering that as well. In addition to the opening credits, she has referenced her time as Phoenix and/or Dark Phoenix in every episode featuring her (or Madeline) since episode 2.
  22. Unprecedented? No one bullied/excluded new girl Ally. Everyone welcomed her into the group. She was on WWHL, on her own, in the “best chair,” without James propping her up. She babbles on with her hippy-dippy astrology, and no one disrespects this the way Stassi scoffed at Rachquel’s Puppy Shower. She’s stealth with the singing pursuits. She may have targeted James at one of his gigs a couple years ago, but the relationship seems to have evolved into something real. On WWHL, she defended James’s loyalty to Hippy vs. loyalty to her. She insisted that James often prioritizes her over everyone.
  23. Lala imitating Sandoval sounded like Kramer after Novocain.
  24. I imagine him saying "don't even bother trying to learn, you won't be able to do it because you're useless at everything". I don't particularly like her, but he's verbally abusive. "Her thoughts are saying 'You're not good enough'." No Vinny, You're saying 'You're not good enough," constantly, Babe. Every week I've forgotten there's an Yvonne and Melissa.
  25. It's funny you mention the athlete (boxer ) guy because I watched that episode too and left the room for a few minutes and when I came back he was gone. I had to watch the ep on demand on Monday to see why he tapped. I enjoy the show and my hat's off to those people who endure and overcome the challenges, believe me. ... but what can I say, all kinds of crazy things go through my mind. Like what about our ancestors who didn't get a pot and a map and another item of each contestant's chosing? lol I know the medics and and others are nearby because those shady camera people are constantly showing the snakes, iguanas, rodents or whatever critters are nearby when the people are desperately searching for some... just any little source of protein! Not too mention the lions, leopards, hyenas, crocs, hippos or whatever dangerous animals lurk about and just how close they came to them / their shelter.
  26. After coming to the aid of a teen medium with a demonic dilemma, Edwin and Charles head to America to find a missing girl with an unexpected ally. Premiere Date: April 25, 2024 Netflix
